Their product is extremely annoying, never allow full functionality with Matter implementation. Always require hub to access full functionality, it’s a really greedy business model.

Old comment:Now all the recordings sound like deep in the water,human voices are impossible to hear clearly.I’m sure it’s the problem of Sound filtering or noise canceling of the microphone because my old camera had the same problem,and I turned off noise filtering then it worked perfectly.So please add the switch to turn that off. Update:Only such a terrible company would have not fixed such a apparent issue after a whole year since release. So many people have the same problem,they reported it on their forums,and to their customer service,but is returning the products the only solution?I really hope I returned them.

Cant use smart lock u400 automations with homepod mini. And aqara doesnt respect home app automations. Horrible software support even though devices support Matter.
