Multitone Appear is a corporate messaging application that operates in conjunction with the Multitone i-Message platform, designed specifically to provide secure communications between pre-set, but programmable, teams or lists of contacts.    Unlike many off-the-shelf, publicly available messaging apps, Multitone Appear puts your organisation firmly in control of its communications and its data. Appear gives users unfettered access to a set contact list, allowing them to reach anyone in an organisation quickly and easily, searching by name or by job title. In addition to instant messaging, Appear provides multiple communication methods, including mobile phone, VoIP, SMS and email, operating as an all-in-one contact app. All communications are fully secure, and also backed-up on the i-Message system, preventing the loss of data and providing an audit trail for your organisation.
