VibeAlarm

VibeAlarm is a lightweight Chrome extension that tells time by vibration only. No sound, no distractions—just a tactile alert you can rely on anywhere. It supports two modes: Alarm and Timer, with optional seconds for precise reminders.

VibeAlarm can run in the background, vibrating for 1.5 minutes, or continue until you tap stop when in foreground. It asks for notification permission on first launch (and can be enabled later in Settings). Notifications are used only for time alerts. Please test its operation in advance to ensure it fits your needs.
