Got a pop up that my problem had been addressed. NOT A tHING different. I have now lost three and a half months of sub scription as well as all the work I have completed...some 80 so far. I am incredibly disappointed and angry that the owners seem to be impossible to contact. Not everyone does the stupidity called Facebook. At this point, no update has happened, my work and money are lost, the app developers are non responsive. There should be negative stars at this point.
