Reviews repeatedly flag outdated event data, reliability and login problems, and missing essential features as the main drawbacks. A few praise the UI/layout and basic usability, but overall the app is seen as unstable and out-of-date, especially for Ultra Miami. Support responsiveness and in-app ticketing are weak. Data outages during events worsen the experience. For a smoother festival experience, users often compare it unfavorably to other festival apps.

Recent reviews

Compared to all other festival apps, this one needs a refresh the most. There is no place on the app to save your favorites, the artist lineup tab is from 2023, and most of the rest of the app is old and out of date with info from past years. Just download and look at the Coachella or Tomorrowland app to compare and you will see what I mean.
