The app is meant to view any Land Records (Jamabandi and Shajra Nasb (Genealogy Tree) ) for any Revenue Estate in Himachal Pradesh. User can also view plot map for the villages where digitisation of plot maps has completed. The app provides facility to view Jamabandi based on Khewat, Khatoni or Khasra Number. User also has open to view Shajra Nasb. After selecting particular Jamabandi DOR for any village, the user has to use "Get Basic Data" button to fetch metadata for the selected combination. At this moment the user needs internet connection to get the metadta for the selected combination. User can search the family tree/genealogy tree by name. The owner names are searchable in unicode Hindi characters as the back office application stores all information in Devnagri script in Unicode character set. All the land records once accessed are automatically saved in "Saved Records" option for easy access. Land Owners can seed their Aadhaar Number against their land record accounts in Himachal Pradesh. The app provides mechanism to search Land Records using seeded Aadhaar Number. Using this option the app returns all records of the owner where matching Aadhaar number has been seeded. User can view the records as per requirement.
