Overall, Lifetime FCU ‘s app is great. It’s simple, it gets the job done, and there’s no unnecessary fluff and graphic design and advertising galore and other nonsense. Simple = good, in this regard. ***Unfortunately, with some recent updates (starting BEFORE requiring phone number linking to account, but following a slight login process change which took place weeks prior) I’m continually being met with “errors.” It occurs with a ~50% rate upon opening the app; occasionally the same popup will appear mid-transfer as I’m simply moving funds between accounts— yet the transaction is completed without issue almost every time. When met with the error prompt upon attempting to launch the app, I’ve found the only workaround is to simply force-close the app and re-launch (often at least 3 consecutive attempts needed). I suspect it may involve some sort of misdirection relative to FaceId enabled login, if that’s worth anything. Please address. Thank you!
