Features & Capabilities

Cubis Kingdoms is a 3D match-3 puzzle where every match matters. Journey through six regions and 200 levels (150 normal + 50 bonus) to collect elements and lift a curse, with dynamic cubes spawning after each move and a boss gargoyle to beat to advance.

Meet allies, use seven cube colors (Bounty, Water, Ingenuity, Time, Joy, Weather, Stardust), and deploy powerful items to blast obstacles. Build the kingdom back—earning Life Elixirs to restore habitats and call residents home—through six power-ups and six obstacle types. The game also offers an ALL ACCESS subscription to turn off ads and unlock unlimited gameplay, with a 7-day free trial and monthly auto-renewal via iTunes. Terms and Privacy Policy apply.

User Reviews

Players praise Cubis Kingdoms for its fun, accessible puzzle gameplay and replay value, with many enjoying the familiar Cubis charm and the option to replay levels and chase three-star scores. However, most reviews cite significant downsides: the game ends after about 149 levels with no new content or timely updates; there is no save feature and login support, so progress can be lost; monetization is heavy, including ads, upsells, and pay-to-continue/pay-to-play frustrations; plus multiple stability bugs (crashes, stalls, unresponsive controls).
Pros
  • Fun, accessible puzzle gameplay that is easy to pick up and play.
  • Strong replay value with multiple levels, the ability to replay and chase three-star scores, and ongoing appeal of Cubis.
  • Cross-device compatibility and appealing, cute visuals that look good on iPhone.
  • Positive sentiment around purchasing the full game and perceived value for money, with nostalgia for the Cubis franchise.
Cons
  • Ends after about 149 levels with no new content or timely updates, leaving players without fresh material.
  • No save feature and login support, so progress can be lost if the app is reinstalled or if accounts don’t work.
  • Heavy monetization with ads, upsells, and pay-to-continue/pay-to-play mechanics that frustrate players and diminish value.
  • Frequent bugs and stability issues (crashes, stalls, unresponsive controls) that hinder gameplay.

This game makes no sense at all. I played Cuba Creatures daily for over 15 years and now you're just going to take it away? It would be different if this game was anything like the old Cubis or if you had just added new levels to Cubis Creatures but you didn't and I have no idea how to play this game. I have tried over and over to make sense of it, but I don't like it at all.

I loved this game many years ago and thought I would look it up again. I’m definitely sad, most of what I loved is gone. The sound effects and the music were so relaxing and now it’s just anxiety inducing weird chiming bingbing noise. It is odd how the graphics actually seem worse. The little forest is cute but I do not want to deal with collecting extra things. I just want to go thru the levels and if I get a cute story reveal as I go, then great. Anyway, I realize this is just going into the void, but still wanted to say I miss old cubis :) and I have fond memories.
