It combines a simple timer with a rich meditation tracker, a blooming Mandala to visualize your daily streaks, interval alerts, and seamless Apple Health integration. The app supports logging sessions, background music from the library or your own collection, and a powerful set of widgets, Live Activity, StandBy, and Control Center/Lock Screen controls.

On Apple Watch, Meditate offers heart rate trends, presets, watch complications, Shortcuts and Siri Watch Face support, reminders, and weekly summaries to keep you on track. iCloud sync keeps your data across iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, and Vision Pro, and the app includes an independent Watch app and a dedicated Vision Pro experience. Recent reviews

I’ve tried at least five different meditation apps. And this simple meditation timer is the best by far especially if you want no frills. The only thing I would add is the ability to change light/dark mode.
