This app has been a headache from first one. Still don’t understand why the company I work for has not switched. Recently they finally integrated facial recognition login and automatic login, which makes it less of an inconvenience. But the last update refuses to let me log in if my VPN is active, even under a US server. This is odd, because it was something that was not an issue in the past. The app interface is also poorly designed and not intuitive at all. Lots of go-arounds to get to where you need. To make it worse, this app has no significant accessibility features. A shame.

Its a simple app and pretty easy to use. However, the support is extremely mediocre. You should hope you never have issues because they are difficult to reach and only able to be contacted through emails that are often not replied to. Otherwise its good and i like it.
