With Outdrive you stay connected to your driving school – at home, in the office, or on the go. Calendar, online booking, training, invoicing, and accounting in one app.

What you can do with the Outdrive app:

Calendar & lessons • Manage lessons, appointments, and driving tests in the built-in calendar • Schedule driving tests and bill them via services • Two-way sync with Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, Google Calendar, and iCloud – private appointments and lessons in one place • Assign resources such as vehicles – with double-booking protection • Record a lesson’s GPS route — including in the background — and add comment markers on the map • With the booking module enabled, students can see the route in the Booking app

Booking module • Enable online bookings for your students and share your booking link • Manage instructor availability in one place • Confirm bookings automatically, or review requests in the calendar and accept or decline them • Students see appointments, invoices, and homework directly in the Booking app

Training • Keep and rate training and student cards • Assign homework from a lesson or customer profile – students complete it in the Booking app • Traffic theory, learner’s permit, and driving test statistics at a glance

Customers & team • Manage customers and employees • Track customer subscriptions and vouchers • Control roles and permissions for your team • Set prices, products, and services

Invoices & payments • Create invoices, print them, or send them by email • QR invoices (Swiss QR Bill) • Create and send payment reminders • Post payments and print a customer account statement • Record expenses and create a time statement

When your free trial ends, you can choose a subscription if you wish. You pay the price set for your country monthly or yearly. The price is shown in the app before you complete the payment.

Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.

You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in your iTunes account settings.
