The app doesn’t work well. It’s hard to understand how to use it and it doesn’t give accurate readings. The device is expensive and you can tell they don’t develop this product. The app has had zero updates in over two years.

I think the machine itself works well. I hope. But the app is so frustrating. Every time I go to use it, I have to turn my entire phone off and back on again and then start the app all over again for it to read the meter. Sometimes it stops in mid read. I want to keep the machine and not send it back because I like doing the breath rather than poking my fingers but unless they improve the app, it really makes it useless or very difficult and it shouldn’t be this hard. Seems like nobody is really monitoring the ratings on the app or what anybody is saying.
