User Reviews

One Calendar is praised for its clear, clean design and strong cross-device/calendar syncing. Reviewers highlight reliable syncing across Apple devices and with Google/Outlook, plus customization options (themes, colors, views) and high-quality widgets. It’s seen as easy to use, with no mandatory subscription and good family/business support. Common concerns focus on widget reliability and gaps on iOS (reloads after Pro, limited widget controls versus Android), customization limits behind paywalls (color/emoji options, backgrounds), and occasional bugs in the interface (invites tab disappearing, repeating events shifting). Overall, it's highly functional with targeted areas for improvement.
Pros
  • Clear, clean, and user-friendly interface that's easy to navigate.
  • Excellent cross-device syncing across Apple devices and with Google/Outlook.
  • Strong calendar integrations (Outlook, Gmail, Google Calendar, iCalendar) with reliable data across calendars.
  • Rich customization options (themes, personal colors, views) and ability to tailor appearance.
  • High-quality widgets and strong widget support, including detailed views.
Cons
  • Widget reliability on iOS is problematic (reloads after Pro purchase and limited widget controls compared with Android).
  • Customization options are limited by paywalls (color coding, emojis, backgrounds); users want more colors, fonts, and to-do features.
  • Bugs and stability issues (minor interface bugs, invites tab disappearing, and a repeating-event shift bug).

I just needed everything in one place - one calendar does that and more. Worth a look!

This seems like a nice capable calendar app but there is no capability to easily transfer your account access from one platform to another, you have to manually enter access codes, not a show stopper but annoying.. When I started working this on MAC, I liked it. Little did I know that when I wanted to use it on my iPhone it’s free to download but there are some very necessary features that you have to pay for like changing calendar colors (if you have more than one persons calendar displayed).
