Normalmente fica apenas a fazer load eternamente. O site online é desesperante de usar no telemóvel, pois está todo desformatado e fica preso em loops sem sentido que obrigam a repetir operações imensas vezes. É tenebroso navegar em qualquer formato, precisa de várias melhorias urgentes

Trying to submit a claim using this app is a nightmare. Often results in spurious error messages asking to repeat the claim process - just to discover that the previous entry was actually recorded. This results in duplicate claims that are handled by an apparently already overstretched claims processing department. It takes several weeks, even months to get claims processed, often incorrectly which brings you back on square one. If you receive an email request for additional information, there is no way to respond to it by attaching requested documentation by responding to the email or using the app. Instead, the customer service advises to create a new claim, which takes another few weeks/months to process. The level of competency of people who designed, implemented and tested this app is highly questionable since this app is bringing more confusion into the claim processing. I am certainly not happy with AdvanceCare service and will be looking for another provider next year.
