Features & Capabilities

GhostTalk is an iPhone extension that turns your device into an EVP listening tool. It relies on a curated library of about 2,300 words to help you interpret what you can't hear, and it shows the estimated accuracy and the EMF reading at the moment of capture.

It also provides a live electromagnetic field reading around the phone in milli Gauss. You can pause detection to avoid capturing your own conversations, resume with play, and scroll to see the latest results. Language support includes English, French, Chinese, German, and Spanish. There's a group chat for discussing ghostly topics (no ghosts in the chat). If things get spooky, turn on lights and take a break.

User Reviews

Review consensus on GhostTalk is mixed to negative. Most users report that the app merely repeats the user’s words, often garbled, and that it feels fake or unreliable. Many accounts mention glitches, poor responses, and a flood of ads. Privacy concerns are raised about the app listening to conversations and potentially accessing texts. A minority claim occasional accuracy or a real-feel experience in certain contexts, but these are not common. Overall, GhostTalk is viewed mainly as a controversial novelty at best and an untrustworthy tool at worst.
