InPen Smart Pen is a dose calculator and automatic dose logger that records every insulin dose and syncs with current Medtronic CGMs, Dexcom CGMs, and Apple Health BG meters. All data appears in one integrated view, with up to 90 days of history. The system supports Humalog®, NovoLog®, and Fiasp® cartridges (not included) and unlocks the dose calculator when paired, enabling easy management across multiple pens.

Using glucose, carb intake or meal size, and active insulin from prior doses, it provides personalized dose recommendations, helps prevent lows with carb timing, and includes carb counting, meal estimation, and fixed-dose modes. It also offers reminders to prevent missed doses, alerts if insulin has gotten too hot or too cold, and advanced reports you can share with a healthcare provider to assess therapy effectiveness.

I love my Inpen and the app. I bought a new iPhone and the app didn’t transfer from old phone to the new phone. I can’t make contact, get an answer when I call the company about how to move and properly set the app up on new phone. I’m on hold forever waiting for a representative to answer my call! I need help to do this. Where is customer service technical support? Help me!
