2025-09-25	em*****	I usually order honest greens, and I had more or less a good experience. Today I ordered to be delivered to wework as usual, and the food was supposed to be arriving at 1pm, it’s almost 3pm and nothing, over chat they won’t reply, and over phone after waiting on the line I have been told that there was a problem with the pickup, but it was about to get picked up, over an hour later still no food. It’s not a reliable delivery option in terms of time and responsibility, it’s sad but I’m not ordering again

2025-08-19	Mo*****	Wanted to order delivery because I love the food and since honest greens isn’t on uber eats I’ve spend 20 mins trying to order on this app and it won’t send the verification code to either of my phone numbers, Spain or US, so I can’t order.

2025-04-29	ch*****	I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews on here. Honest greens is stellar. The food is pricey but you get what you pay for, and the app is so well done 💚 — only issue is you can’t add phone numbers in the app (even for my Spanish number), so I had to go do it on the website first then come back to complete the order. Hopefully it’s fixed soon

2025-03-30	Wo*****	Our family loves HG and visits every time we’re in a town where there’s a location. We were hoping to also use the app to arrange delivery for our last day in Valencia (too tired to make the trek across town), but it won’t accept our phone number (which is out of country), so we have no way to order. Please make this possible in the future! (The app is set up to add a foreign number but won’t let you actually save it; quite frustrating.)

2024-12-08	cm*****	As other users, I’m not able to verify my phone number despite placing previous orders since 2023. I contacted support and I was told there’s nothing they can do today since IT is out. I also noticed my profile has the +34 country code even though I’ve corrected it multiple times and receiving confirmation that my profile has been updated. This is an issue that’s happen to me before but i used to be able to fix it by reinstalling the app. This, however, didn’t work. It looks like they need a new IT developer that can permanently fix this issue.

2024-11-10	CX*****	Whenever I try to order delivery, it asks me to verify my phone number. But when I put my number in it says it’s “not valid”. I selected a Spanish area code and put in my spanish number (9 digits). When I select American area code and put in my american number (10 digits) it lets me but the verification text never arrives.
