City Traffic Car Driving Sim offers three core modes—Traffic, Drift, and Free Drive—along with realistic 3D graphics and 13 sport cars. Players can choose from Button, Tilt, or Wheel controls and switch between Outside, Inside, and Wheel camera views to experience city streets, circuits, and desert roads as if they were real.

Progress through Career mode to reach targets and climb rankings, earn in-game money to unlock colors and cars, and customize vehicles with free color options. The game also supports car color customization, varied environments, and invites player feedback to improve gameplay.
