Users praise easy attendance viewing and alerts, but repeatedly report navigation friction, login and district-code issues, biometric sign-in crashes, and a lack of updates. Core functionality exists when credentials work, but reliability and UX are consistently problematic.

Pros

Easy to check children’s attendance and receive alerts on iPhone.
Provides the information you need (grades and assignments) once you reach it.
Core portal data is accessible through the app when sign-in works.

Cons

Navigation is overly complex with too many clicks to reach needed information.
Frequent login/sign-in issues, including having to re-enter credentials and unreliable Remember Me feature.
District code and district availability problems (invalid codes, unrecognized districts, limited district list).
Biometric sign-in instability (Face ID not supported; Touch ID crashes or causes the app to fail).
App feels outdated with little to no updates for years.

Recent reviews

UI average: Should keep it simple but a lot of navigating to get where you need , would be ideal in less clicks. In addition, “accessible” options right on grade book page however it makes it more difficult for people without disabilities. You can move the icon but it’s in your way the whole time since you can’t remove from screen. Usually these apps the designer never uses the app in real life and just puts out content.
