This required update is a nightmare. In order to do it I have to delete the app and start all over again. And I lose all the data on it. Calling BC services is no help. I was told to call my MLA if I have an issue with this. Your tax dollars at work!

I have not yet figured out how to login from my computer without my phone being around with the app loaded on it. Various codes that you go back-and-forth during the log in process on your computer, but Ultimately you have to have both of them. The computer asked for a username and password. All I have is a username. Obviously this was all set up on the app on the phone using face recognition, which is cool but sometimes I don’t have my phone with me, and apparently you can’t login without it. Further, I cannot submit this review without supplying a nickname. And it is suggesting that every nickname I’ve chosen is not available. Even complete gibberish is already taken!

This app does not work at all. There has been a bug for the iPhone where after verification and even receiving an email saying I’ve been verified, the app does not progress and just says I need to re-download the app and resubmit identification steps. I then switch to an Android because this is a known issue with iPhones for months apparently and it’s still not fixed. Anyways, I switch to Android and it still doesn’t work! Saying again I need to redownload the app. I can’t believe how buggy this app is. So frustrating.
