Most of the readers are fantastic. Nancy, Ernst, Bella, Candy, Rebecca and Serena are wonderful to chat with and have been quite accurate. The readers aren’t the issue. I would give these specific folks 5 stars. Unfortunately, I have had a lot of tech issues. Money has been taken twice with no reading (it was refunded later) and I have been unable to connect chats or calls. Chats were finally resolved but the calls are still not not working. Tech will go wrong, but the real issue is the lack of support. Tickets are closed and marked resolved with no resolution or they just disappear. It is also VERY difficult to use the in-app support function. Trying to get help is extremely frustrating. Please work on the mechanics of this app to properly support your readers and customers.
