This app is horrible and you will lose money trying to connect to advisors 8/10 times. Support is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They do close tickets and mark as resolved without resolving and they take an extremely long time to get back to you. You don’t always get your money back either. If it wasn’t for Nostra Damus I wouldn’t use this app.
