The app offers real-time labor data and mobile access with a feature-rich newer version, but suffers from persistent login hassles, data accuracy/refresh problems, limited reporting options, and a day-view usability regression that harms reliability.

Cons

Frequent login requirements and password/authentication issues with no persistent login
Data accuracy and refresh problems (incorrect numbers, slow refresh, white screens)
Limited reporting scope and missing data fields (top-ten sellers only, no tips, no open orders, weak time-range support)
Usability regression in day-view due to 24-hour increments and changes from predecessor

Recent reviews

Have been using LAVU for 7 years. This is a useless piece of garbage that doesn’t show correct data. Don’t waste your time, just link to the backend.

It takes just as much time as simply going to the back office. The info is useful and relevant but just not practical if it isn’t any different than using the online tools.
