Extremely versatile central hub for notes, tasks, journals, and databases—a 'Swiss Army Knife' with templates and dashboards.
Daily-use app that users describe as part of their life or a 'second brain', tying together notes and workflows.
Powerful relational data organization that supports dashboards and interconnected content across notes and templates.
Can integrate AI workflows (e.g., Claude AI) to augment memory and productivity.
Works across mobile and desktop, enabling access and use in different contexts.

Cons

Frequent bugs and stability issues: freezes, crashes, and lag on both mobile and desktop.
AI features are intrusive and hard to disable, can slow the app, and pricing/usage expectations are frustrating.

This is the best software for all my work. I can’t find any like it. Even though I still use the free version because of a lack of funds, it serves. Imagine if I paid a subscription! Thank you, Notion!

Notion is my second brain. I can’t say enough good things about it, I tell everyone I know about it, and I have no idea what I did before this app, or how I’ll function without it after. The free form creativity of it is unmatched. I’ve tried Trello, asana, and a few others for project management and tracking my life, but Notion is the hub for my small business CRM, my personal calendar and goal tracking, it holds the list for the books I want to read, all of my budgets, all of my tasks. I’ve made it a period tracker, a journal, a workout hub; IT CAN DO AND BE EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING. I am the exact target audience for Notion. Thank you to everyone who made this beautiful, simple, intelligent app possible.
