Day Planner helps you plan how to use a block of time, figure out what you have time for, and keep yourself on track with the plan. It's perfect for travel itineraries, study plans, business presentations/meeting planning, complex meal cooking plans, interval or circuit training workouts, and set lists for musicians. You set a start time or end time, and the app calculates the start times for each task, including backwards scheduling when you fix the end time.

As a Chrome extension, Day Planner shows the current task at the scheduled start time with a countdown, and you can turn on notifications to stay on track even when the app isn’t open. Plans are reusable and copyable for variations, with quick editing via autocompletion. Your data syncs instantly via iCloud across devices, and a free tier allows two plans, with a pay-what-you-want upgrade for more.

Love having a plan so I can get my day started and get a lot done. This app gets me so organized that I don’t have to worry about getting overwhelmed. Very easy to use and perfect before bed to make a plan for when you get up. Love it. Thanks!
