I would expect to be able to see my tickets in the app and or be able to buy tickets in the app. The app really doesn’t have any value for me.

Maybe they built the app at the same time as the estate. It’s a fairly useless informational app. You can’t actually DO anything like make reservations or manage your pass holder account etc. It’s basic info you can’t actually get on the website or Google.

I don’t believe I have ever experienced an app as terrible as this one. I am a season pass holder and have been one for years. Trying to get tickets on here is the most impossible thing I have ever tried to do, and heaven forbid you try looking for events. Not sure who thinks this is working, but it isn’t!
