When I press her ear it and press a command she doesn’t move 😭😭😭 what a waste of money :(

When I press any command Lucy just doesn’t do anything! But she still barks but when I even press a command she doesn’t even do anything at all but the app has sound but Lucy is not working at all! What did we buy this Lucy for. Just a waste of money?!
