I tried this with an iRig Stomp box I’ve had for a few years. It was noisy and bad sounding, so I deleted the app, canceled the subscription and requested a refund for the subscription fees minutes after testing. Apple & the App developer are denying my refund request. That’s not cool. Apple - you need to read the negative reviews of Deplike and this product. There’s a lot of frustrated people who have been unwittingly scammed into the subscription. Refund my money please. I don’t want the subscription, I tried to cancel the subscription minutes after I inadvertently signed on, but instead of understanding, you have refused a refund. We (myself and my other musician friends) are developing a bad opinion of this company and their products. Here’s a way of improving your reputation: Refund my $14.99.

I purchased the equalizer and it lets me add it to my gear but for some reason it’s blocked by a paywall even though I already paid the $2.99 please help
