The Jumper Health app is plagued by critical usability and reliability problems. Registration and login are repeatedly failing; Bluetooth connectivity often drops or stops working after updates. Data export, sharing, and Apple Health integration are severely lacking, with no CSV export and limited or broken data transfer. History and chart features are unreliable: trends are incomplete or not displayed, and data isn’t consistently uploaded. UI and localization issues (cm-only input, Chinese prompts, keyboard overlap) add to confusion. A minority of users report responsive support when issues are raised, but the overall experience is poor.

Pros

Bluetooth pairing with the BP monitor works under favorable conditions and readings appear in a list.
A basic history list of readings is available within the app.
Customer support responsiveness in some cases.

Recent reviews

The app is stuck on a max weight that cannot be reset even after “log off” which is supposed to reset everything. New users are also having the same issue and it’s also happening after uninstall/install. The app really doesn’t do anything.

I don’t believe the app is supported because it does not hook up. There’s no information anywhere on the Internet to cross reference help or support and as a no return policy.
