App was great a few years ago and was a premium subscription holder even still but I’ll be cancelling as they’ve just kept decreasing what’s included and inventory checker used to work much better

You should really work out the bugs before rolling out a major app change like this. You should also offer your customers the ability to revert back. Many of your customers were not ready for and will not support this major change. I find the app more difficult to use and major critical functions completely removed.
