It’s full of bugs from the beginning. Trying to login, buggy. Keeps showing me sign in error message. I get through Then I try to sign up using navegante subscription, bug message saying I can’t sign up without a valid navegante subscription ( which I do). Paid the annual subscription fee cause I needed to use it. Now when I need a bike, the dock station doesn’t show up on the map or says no bikes available when there is. Seriously one of the worst apps I’ve used in my life. Also I’ve emailed them about these issues and ZERO response. Called them and line just plays music no one ever answers after 30 minutes

Really wanted to rent bikes in Lisbon but it won’t let us create an account. After trying many different email addresses it kept saying we were already users/in system. But we are not. Pretty terrible experience for a bike share in a major European city.
