Agent try to find a way to charge extra. Firstly to recommend us to upgrade our car. We turned down . Then he charging us for road assistance with extra $2xx without proper consent. We declined then he tried to trying charging my wife for additional diver. And he said he thought she was my daughter. Very respectful. Very rude. Zero communication.

They used to be a good source of discounts for my travel. I think I used them for at least 5 years, however now the app is very buggy and they will overcharge you. BEWARE. Last two times I booked, they made major mistakes in my booking (eg. I booked for two days which looked fine in the app, but the rental car company showed a booking of 120 days!). I used to put up with it but the last time it glitched they charged me and refused a refund. Luckily that charge was for one day. Still, not worth the risk of using the app ever again.
