Overall, the app works in a pinch but isn’t consistently trustworthy or convenient compared with rivals.

Works in areas where Grab doesn’t service, providing an option in underserved zones
New ride-booking option, including provincial trips

Fare discrepancies and price manipulation: in-app fare not trusted, drivers charging more or not using the app fare
App instability and login/OTP issues, including failures to receive codes and crashes after updates
