I’ve been using this telehealth service for a while, and it used to be great, which makes the decline even more disappointing. Lately, the experience has become absolutely terrible. The quality of the doctors has gone downhill significantly — many seem rushed, dismissive, and completely misinformed. It often feels like they don’t fully understand what they’re doing, yet still give confident advice that turns out to be incorrect. Customer service is just as bad. Getting help is frustrating, responses are inconsistent, and nobody seems to communicate properly. I’ve received conflicting information multiple times from different representatives and providers, which is honestly concerning when it comes to healthcare. What used to be a reliable and professional service now feels disorganized, careless, and unreliable. I would not recommend it anymore.
