A few of the changes are modern, inclusive and for the good but the closeness and ability to speak with a caring supportive human is totally gone. Even the drive through is automated. Holding paychecks for days even you’ve deposited from the same source, deposited millions and have been a member for 30plus years. Grandpa had a 3f digit account number. Dad was 4 and mine is only 5. Im sad but since I no I longer feel like I matter it’s probably time to switch to a better bank with less bugs and issues. The app only works half the time and the people simply don’t care anymore.

Transferred money to cover a payment, they processed the payment first, charged the overdraft fee, canceled the payment, then deposited the transfer into the account. Now the payment for tickets I purchased are no longer available and I am out $30, just because they processed payment first instead of the transfer. Terrible customer service
