LightYeeAr takes advantage of the developer mode of Yeelight smart bulbs. This means that every command from your phone to your bulb is transferred via your local Wi-Fi router. By having that feature you don't need an internet connection to control your bulb and every change you make is (literally!) lighting fast.

Notice : You need to register your smart bulb, with the official app, before you can use it with this app.

I prefer this app over the official. Yeelight doesn’t with HomeKit properly. The best experience I’ve ever had was with this app. Please update it. I’d be happily willing to pay for it if you wanna charge..

I forgot my account login for the official app, but had enabled developer mode on all my bulbs, so I gave this app a try. It’s clean, fast, easy to use, and I fed prefer over the official app now. Thank you!
