Ulysses is what I’ve been looking for: simple, clean, intuitive. It strips away the bloat and thrusts you into what matters most: writing. Oh, those options are there, if you want ‘em. But they’re secondary. Ulysses wants you to focus on you project, not the bells and whistles. With easy organization, no clutter and a beautiful design, Ulysses makes writing a joy. The seamless connection to the iPhone app is a godsend. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been out and about, laying in bed, working my nine-to-five and have had a spurt of inspiration and been able to instantly implement it. Consider me a lifetime subscriber.
