Citizens of Madhya Pradesh can now book services, log complaints and make payment for services to their respective Nagarpalika on their figure tips.

Services such as- Litter and debris collection charges, evidence certificate, Fire Extinguishing, Septic Tank Cleaning, Funeral Van, Sewerage cleaning, Ambulance, Mobile toilet, Water tanker

Complaints such as- Health, Water supply, Electricity, Engineering, Revenue, Fire Brigade, Finance, Garden, Retired employee complaints, Miscellaneous complaints.

Can also make online payments for approved services.
