Features & Capabilities

Lie Detector Test: Simulator is a prank Chrome extension that pretends to scan your fingerprint to reveal truth. It is not a real polygraph and is intended for fun and entertainment only.

Usage and prank mode: Start by touching and holding a finger on the scan area to generate a simulated result. On the result screen, tap the left side for “False” and the right side for “True.” Pressing Restart will generate a new random result. A disclaimer confirms this is not a real lie detector.

User Reviews

Most reviews condemn the app as fake and unreliable, with frequent misreports and inconsistent behavior. The main downsides are excessive ads and a perception of scam status. A minority find it entertaining as a prank and enjoy the graphics, but these positives are outweighed by reliability concerns. Overall, it’s not a real lie detector and is not worth frequent use due to ads and inaccuracy.
Pros
  • Can be used as a prank on friends.
  • Some users report it works for pranks.
  • Graphics and sounds are appealing.
  • Positive sentiment from a subset of reviews.
Cons
  • Excessive ads after each test.
  • Inaccurate and unreliable results; often reports truth/lie incorrectly.
  • Perceived as a scam or fake by many users.
  • Inconsistent performance across attempts; not a real lie detector.
  • Limited functionality (claims to detect lies but only tests stress).
Recent reviews
This app is a lie and makes our family fight over things that aren't true. Do not recommend and everytime it tests us we have a add. If I could I would rate this zero.
