Needs updates, won’t work on ios 13

It seems not to work well on ios12.It doesnt give any reaction after I touch the icons in the tool bar. But it helps me much when my device was on a lower ios version.I should appreciate. So is there any way to donate to the developer？ Alipay is Ok.
