Once given, data can be stored, transferred, and shared with third parties or government agencies. 2. Storage of Biometric and Sensitive Personal Data • Issue: Biometric data and ID documentation (e.g., ID card scans) are stored and used for authentication. • Concern: Biometric data, unlike a password, cannot be changed if compromised. Once your face data is collected, it’s in someone else’s system. 3. Third Party and International Data Transfer • Issue: Data may be shared with unspecified domestic and international partners, including IT service providers and cloud services. • Concern: There’s no list of third parties or geographic limits, opening the door to potential surveillance-state or data-broker pipelines. 4. Vague Data Retention and Deletion Protocols • Issue: They claim to delete personal data after 1 year, unless the meeting organizer asks them to keep it. • Concern: This is a loophole. Data could be retained indefinitely under a vague “organizer’s discretion” clause. 5.
