Yet multiple reviews highlight chronic reliability problems: frequent login/authentication failures and ongoing sign-outs, glitches and occasional crashes requiring reinstalls. Update flow is often broken, and core features like merit badge tracking and calendar integration are missing or hard to use. The UI feels dated and unintuitive, with setup and profile access repeatedly frustrated. Stability and feature gaps dominate the feedback.

Missing core features and data entry capabilities (merit badge tracking, calendar integration/add to calendar, editing hours/dates).

Wow.. I wish there was an option to rate less than 1. Where do I start. You can’t enter comments more than 200 bytes.. how are the we supposed to enter our research. You can’t upload images. You can’t put rich text with paragraphs to format your entry. I remember creating a project back as a student back in 2009 and was able to have better UI and better experience.
