Absolutely horrible. Waste of money. Learned absolutely nothing. I can’t get a refund.

How do I go about getting a refund? I paid 5.99 to unlock the advanced test prep, and ever since I did, when I try to log in, I get an error message that says “unable to log you in, please try again later.” I’ve attempted to reset my password, I’ve tried closing and reopening the app, nothing works and I’m out 6 bucks.
