The app is easy to use and can back up selective contacts quickly and transfer them between devices when it works. However, many reviews report that backing up all contacts fails, the app hangs or crashes, and payments are charged without adequate support. Export formats are flawed and documentation is poor, with signs of little ongoing maintenance. Overall, reliability and support are the major concerns.

I tapped the “Create Backup” button as directed, granted permission, chose “All Contacts”, and … nothing happened. No new backup or archive, no new file created, no error message or log entries, nothing. What now?
