Users like the app for its ease of use and password-management capability, but recurring reliability issues undermine experience: biometrics problems, pro-licensing restore failures, crashes on login, data visibility losses after updates, and lousy cross-device syncing.

Pros

Easy to use and intuitive interface.

Biometrics (Face ID / fingerprint) login stops working or has been removed in updates.
Pro/licensing issues: purchases not restoring or pro status reverting after updates.
App crashes or closes unexpectedly during login or password access.
Data visibility/recovery problems after updates (can't see passwords or info).
Cross-device syncing or migration problems (no syncing to iPad/other devices).

Recent reviews

While I have used this product for a long time, its one consistent flaw is its ability to back up easily across devices. They used to list the format required for a CVS import. An export will not import. Additionally encrypted backups do not import. This is specific to cross devices with the same app using the same master password. It also affects the primary device. If they solve this one issue and made it clear how this would work rather than bury it I would change my rating.
