Do not use! They charge you fees without any explanation. They advertise fast free shipping and in reality it takes over a month to have items delivered. They refuse to take any responsibility. There are other services that are much better

I got Nurx in order to help maintain my OCD and anxiety. I included information very briefly that I was hospitalized over 10 years ago for a completely unrelated health issue and after a LOT of back and forth of me primarily focusing on my current ongoing mental health issues, they came to the conclusion that they could not properly treat me, diagnosing me with the eating disorder that I have not struggled with for over 10 years, and only mentioned extremely briefly in passing. This tells me that the information that I gave was not thoroughly or maybe even not read AT ALL. I paid 60 dollars to be diagnosed with something that I don’t have and have been refused a refund. The customer service person was very very kind and personable though, the best part of this experience. Overall, I absolutely would not recommend this app for mental health help, though it may be ok for other things I’m not sure.
