SMARTASSIST - Direct, To support installation and maintenance services of Yanmar products' electronic control products (hereinafter referred to as ECU) Application. It is an application dedicated to those who maintain Yanmar products (service man).

● Diagnosis Connected to the ECU (controller), View the measurement data and save data of the ECU, and perform an operational test, adjustments and settings. View and compare the saved data of the ECU.

● Fault diagnosis - Diagnostic Codes This function displays current and past failures detected by the ECU.

● Fault diagnosis - Diagnostic Tests This function allows to separately test the input/output device.

● Fault diagnosis - Data Loggong This function is gathered logged data that can determine defects and analyze the operating status during operation of the product.

● Fault diagnosis - Historical Data This function display the product's operating data saved to the ECU/controller.

● Fault diagnosis - ECU Structures This function displays the ID information of the product's electronic control system/ECU/controller.

● Fault Diagnosis - System Settings When delivery of products to customers, ECU / controller · fuel injection pump · fuel injection valve (injector) · various sensors / switches It is a setting value change function necessary for exchanging, repairing and adjusting work of kind.

●ECU Reprogramming This function accesses the server, downloads the latest version of the ECU software, performs the ECU exchange, and updates the ECU software. Also, results of ECU replacement and ECU software update are uploaded to the server to keep machine history.

●Componet Replacement This function exchanges various parts and write correction values.

●Troubleshooting Viewing This function searchs and downloads the data used for the manual link, and refers to the manual.

●Service Campaign This function downloads, writes and deletes campaign writing software.
