App is a mess. It’s like they created it with the first iOS and never updated it. Laggy, glitchy, crashes, drop menus don’t work. You’d think with the outrage drug screen costs they could afford to update their app.

Horrible app and company. Charges you triple what regular drug screening costs. Takes nearly 2 weeks for results and answers. You request a copy of your results and they don’t send them, you just have to trust what they say, they won’t tell you the specific labcorp it was sent to. Doesn’t call you for anything, simply inputs it into the app that they don’t send you an alert for despite notifications being on. Can’t call and get ahold of anyone, you have to leave a voice message and wait for hours sometimes days to hear a response and it’s always “we have forwarded this to our manager”, still will not hear back for days. You would after spending hundreds of dollars a month they would be prompt and professional, but nope. Just another way for these monitoring programs to state they’re all about recovery but in reality they’re all about the money.
