I downloaded the app (live in the U.S.) to use in the U.K. while traveling for work. It's basically useless. I do not have a Caffè Nero in my home city. Starbucks works both places. I would prefer CN but Starbucks it is.

Yeah so of course I’m paying for coffee that goes to the wrong store. The whole point of an app like this is to be able to order very quickly. I’m walking from the train. I’m not trying to navigate to the right country right city right store. Do better.
