I downloaded the newest update and now it won’t even open for me so you might’ve fixed it for some users but made it worse for others. Help!!!

I don’t know what is happening with the app. I tried to login but it only show the logo for about 20 seconds and the the app closes. I need help fixing this. I tried to uninstall the app, reset the phone and still happening. I really love the app bit lately a haven’t been able to use it and I really need it
