Image Bulk Saver / iDig

Save multiple pictures on Web

Features & Capabilities

Image Bulk Saver iDig lets you download images from any webpage using multiple methods. It saves images into a folder inside the app, provides thumbnail previews and a slide show, and supports filtering by linked status and image size. It can auto-discover numbered images (e.g., 001.jpg, 002.jpg) and sort results by size. You can choose to download only selected images and merge multiple folders with ease.

Beyond downloading, iDig offers useful enhancements like copying images to the camera roll, converting images to PDF, Retina display support, dark mode, and built-in ad blocking for a free experience. Its modern, clean design stays fast and user-friendly while you gather image sets from the web.

User Reviews

iDig (Image Bulk Saver) is praised for bulk downloads, reliability, and organization, but repeatedly faces recurring issues: language bugs (Japanese UI), crashes, and pricing/download quality concerns.
Pros
  • Bulk download of multiple images from a page is the core, convenient feature.
  • App has been reliable over years and continues to be maintained/supported.
  • Free with an affordable premium option, offering good value.
  • Organizes downloads with image grouping and folders.
  • Downloads original and linked images and can block many embedded ads on pages.
Cons
  • Frequent language localization bugs: after updates the UI switches to Japanese and users cannot switch back to English.
  • Stability issues and crashes: app crashes when opening saved folders or during downloads, and occasional crashes with certain files.
  • Pricing and licensing frustrations: premium gating or high prices, with requests for one-day or lifetime options causing discontent.
  • Image download quality/selection issues: sometimes only thumbnails or cropped versions are saved, and there are complaints about not being able to select specific images.

I’ve been using iDig for a very long time and have always been satisfied with how it works. I think many people simply don’t realize how useful this app is — it’s so convenient to have software that lets you download multiple images from a page at once. I used to have another app like this, but it eventually “died.” iDig still works perfectly. In Android there is also an effective app for downloading multiple images, but that app is extremely expensive. iDig is both highly effective and free. A premium version is available for a very small price compared to what you must pay for a similar Android analog. Huge thanks to the developers for continuing to maintain and support iDig!

I like it for the most part but for me ur only downloads the thumbnail version of pictures. Say it’s a big pic, you’ll only get what the platform dimensions call for. Big pictures get cropped on website and when saving it on this app. I hope it gets fixed.
